Figures are unaudited

All numbers are reconstructed from public chain data at block 74,052,077 by our own pipeline. The method is documented and the raw responses are retained, but no third party has verified them. Known gaps are published rather than smoothed over: 171,591 transactions could not be retrieved, and the balance reconciliation currently reports "not run".

Securities

Paying a share of trading profit to token holders is treated as a security in many jurisdictions. No legal review has been completed. This is a blocker on launch, and it is listed as such in open questions.

No relationship is created

Reading this creates no client, advisory, custodial or fiduciary relationship. There is no vault, no deposit contract, and no mechanism by which anyone outside the team can place funds with the desk.
